We consult with the client fully before and after each service.

We provide full after care and service support, and guarantee all products and services with replacements**.

All jewellery is of the highest quality.

All procedures/beauty utensils are processed using a 3 stage sterilization system including an approved autoclave. (serviced regularly – certificates supplied on request).

Experienced. government Accredited and fully trained service provided.

All piercings are performed by mature female Master Piercer, male piercer is available upon requests.

All procedures/services provided are performed using safe correct techniques and utensils.

Phone consultations are available

We reserve the right to charge a fee if an appointment is cancelled without appropriate notice

We cannot be held responsible if jewellery or products purchased react negatively to the body

We will not proceed

if a client is under 16yrs and does not have parental or guardian permission

if the required service puts the client at risk, due to lifestyle or social aspects or there is a risk of pregnancy

if alcohol or illegal drugs have been consumed

if during the consultation, the beautician/piercer feels the client or themselves is being co-erced or pressured in any way and is not comfortable with continuing the service
